Patrick Sullivan was born and raised on a farm in Cuba Township, Becker County, Minnesota in December 1933. He was 90 years old when he passed on October 8, 2024.
Pat was an honorable man, whose word was his word. He was a rare gem of a husband, he was a wonderful dad and grandpa. Pat served in the U.S. Army in 1953. He worked as a mechanic and manager of vehicle maintenance for Metro Transit in Seattle, WA. In retirement, Pat and his wife Janice of 71 years moved to Shelton, WA.
Pat enjoyed life, he loved fishing, gardening, tinkering but most if all he enjoyed caring for his family, he often said, "if I can't provide for my family, there's no point in living."
Pat is preceded in death by his parents CJ Sullivan, Pearl Niles, his brothers Roger and Daniel, sister Roselia, grandson Patrick. Pat leaves behind his wife and children: Janice, Rick, Janeene (Jay) Martin, grandkids: Juleene (Jamey), Carol, Shane (Mya) and great-grandkids: Tyler, Chloe, and Isaac, also brothers and sisters, Eugene, Niel, Tom (Ruth), Eddie (Kathy), Burt, Nora (Gene), Mary, Linda, Susan.
