Arden John Pierce

1931 - 2024

Arden John Pierce, 92, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Arden was born on December 27, 1931 in Hoquiam, WA to Ruel Pierce and Catherine Frodl.

Arden was a lifetime resident of Mason County. During his early years of growing up on the Hood Canal, he developed his love of the great outdoors. He served in the U.S. Army, as a medic in the Korean War and went on to have a successful career as a Christmas tree grower, owner and operator of his own tree farms.

In 1979, he wed his wife of 45 years, Faye. After retirement he and Faye traveled all over the United States in their motor home. They especially loved visiting Alaska.

Arden John Pierce was known for his kindness, and his giving, generous personality. He had a love for his pets and spending time at Mason Lake with his family and friends.

Arden will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Faye, daughters, Cindy Ramsfield (Jay), Tina Pierce, Linda Drogmund (Rob), Lori Davis (Dave), and Cathy Crabtree (Shawn). Arden loved his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son Rick Warren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Adopt-a-Pet of Mason County. There are no service arrangements at this time.
