Shelton had its best match of the season in a 1,497-1,440 win against Black Hills on Nov. 21 at Westside Lanes in Olympia.
Eight Highclimbers bowlers increased their match average, with Kaelynn Robbins leading the way with a 142 average. Alivia Holt had a 141 average and Lilah Wentworth recorded a 132.5 average. Josefina Francisco-Zacarias tallied a 129 average and Ruby Hernandez averaged 117.5.
The varsity team recorded a single game team-high 663.
Shelton (2-3) traveled to Fairway Lanes in Centralia on Tuesday to face W.F. West. The Highclimbers host Centralia at 3 p.m. Dec. 5 at Westside Lanes in Olympia.
North Mason girls bowling
North Mason (3-1) plays Sequim at 3 p.m. today at Laurel Lanes in Port Angeles. The Bulldogs host Olympic at 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 7 at Hi-Joy Bowl in Port Orchard.
