The Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce and the Shelton Downtown Merchants Association co-sponsored a Halloween Spooktacular event Friday on West Railroad Avenue in downtown Shelton. The annual event featured local businesses and organizations, many of which gave out candy to community trick-or-treaters.
