Kristian William Hauge

Kristian William Hauge, known as "K.W." or simply "Kris", was born on the seventh day of May, in the year 1957. The son of a Norwegian fisherman (his dad's name was also Kristian Hauge) he grew up in Lakeville, Massachusetts and later moved to the west coast after graduating High School. He died of respiratory complications brought about by Congestive Heart Failure on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, in Saint Louis, MO.

Kris loved swimming, winning several competitions. He was a musician, a salesman, and someone who loved traveling. He married Brenda Joy Reed and had a son, Hans Hauge. Later he was divorced and married Darla Paris. They lived in Callao, Missouri; sang together and attended the Church of the Open Door in Macon, MO.

We will remember him for his ability to laugh and to make others laugh,

even if it was at his own expense.

Kris is survived by his wife Darla and her son Derrick Paris, his brother Dave Hauge and his wife Toni, his sister Cecilia (CeCe) Spink and her husband Steve, his son Hans Hauge and his wife Sarah, his two grandchildren Tandrup Hauge and Arionna Smith, and his two step-grandchildren, Leigha and Walker Paris.
