Roger Lewis Hoff

Roger Lewis Hoff, 84, passed away on September 9th, 2023. He was the husband of Linda Hoff. They shared 60 years of marriage together.

Born in Tacoma, Washington, he was the son of Leslie and Caroline Hoff. Roger and his family moved to Shelton, Washington when he was a young child. He graduated from Irene S. Reed High School in 1957. After high school, he attended Grays Harbor College where he played baseball. After college he was a member of the Army National Guard. Roger worked for Manke and Sons beginning as a teenager in 1955 and continued to work for them for many years up until his retirement in 1997.

Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Roger was a very proud Shelton community member and always actively supported local sports and his community. You could often find Roger outside enjoying his flowers, tinkering in his garage or talking sports with the guys. He has always been his children and grandchildren's biggest fan, and you could always find him at every one of their sporting events.

Roger will be lovingly remembered by his wife Linda; his three children: Wendy, Christopher and Michael; as well as his five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and four brothers.

Roger's memorial service will be held at the Shelton 40et8 on Friday, September 15th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
