Shelton team seeking donations for Relay for Life
Shelton is not hosting an American Cancer Society Relay for Life fundraiser this year, but a group of people from Shelton will participate Saturday at the North Thurston High School track at the Thurston County Relay for Life.
Debbie Hill is the captain of the team Shelton Buddy Battalion. At the event, the team will host a silent auction with gift certificates and items donated by Builders FirstSource, Cut Rate Auto, Shelton Veterinarian Hospital, Les Schwab, Shelton Athletic Club, Annie’s Quilt Shoppe, Nails R Us, Steph’s Espresso, Nifty Thrifty, Domino’s Pizza and others.

Fundraiser for Mason County Sheriff’s vehicle
Amelia’s Hanger at Bremerton National Airport is hosting a fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 27 to help the nonprofit Charlie’s Vision buy a mobile command vehicle for the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
