Michael Allen Wright

Michael "Mike" Allen Wright, 57, died November 24th, 2022, in Shelton, WA. He was born on December 29, 1964, in Shelton to Irene and Victor Wright. He was the youngest of five children. Mike attended Shelton schools and graduated from the class of 1983.

Mike was a jack-of-all-trades. He held numerous jobs from roofing, welding, auto mechanic and many years of processing, cutting, and harvesting trees with our local Christmas tree farms. He had a passion for race cars, trucks, motorcycle racing and watching WWE wrestling shows. Mike was introduced at a very young age to race tracks, fast cars and had the need for speed. Mike was well known for his wit, comebacks, banter, sense of humor and sarcasm, which always ended in great laughter and cheer by all. He was an active member of the 40 et 8 Veterans Club in Shelton.

Mike is survived by his mother Irene Moffatt of Shelton, siblings; Virginia of Shelton, Charles of Montesano, WA, Helen of Graham, WA, Victor, Jr. of Shelton, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Wright.

Mike was a friend to all, loved by many and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

A memorial service is scheduled for December 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the 40 et 8 Veterans Club on Cota Street in Shelton.
