Jacqueline "Jackie" Mae Mohr, 73, of Shelton, WA passed away on February 26, 2022, with family by her side. She was born to the late Floyd and Alberta Warner on July 21, 1948, in Myrtle Beach, OR.
She was united in marriage to Gary Joseph Mohr on September 23, 1967, in Falen, NV. She had five children. She was a military wife for 23 years; she was a devoted stay at home mom. After raising her children she sought a career as a CNA at Firlane Terrace for over 20 years. She retired in 2009 to spend time with her husband and family.
Jackie is survived by her three daughters, Tami (Don) Putvin of Shelton, WA, Shannon Mohr of Shelton, WA, and Kathleen (Rich) Ryals of Lake City, IA. Along with 18 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren, brothers, Kelly Warner and Andy Warner, sisters Shirley Allen, Mickey Wishon, Lola Bennett, and Patty Boxburger.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gary J. Mohr, Sr. (2016), her sons, Gary J. Mohr, Jr. (2016) Kelly E. Mohr (1969), her parents and three brothers.
Jackie loved spending time with her friends and extended family. She loved online games and sharing a good laugh. She will be greatly loved and will be missed so very much!
We're hosting a Celebration of Life for Jackie on Monday, June 27th, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Walker Park in Shelton, WA. It is a Potluck.
